(whichever you prefer) and a 1 on 1 consultation with an expert CFF coach who will get you started on the fitness path that is most suitable for you.

Our main focus is functional movements and HIIT training to help empower our members to Move Better, Feel Better and in turn Live Better in their everyday life.
You will be guided through a coach led class warm-up, workout and cool down. Your job is to JUST SHOW UP our expert coaches will work with you to come up with a workout that fits your day, week or life!
This class option is 45-60 min.
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you're searching for.
When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically designed for your needs, your goals, and your fitness level. your coach will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of our Hybrid membership option which includes at least 1 Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to skyrocket your results and ensure proper form and technique while in your group classes.

45 min classes with workouts that vary every day of the week! Our emphasis in the GRIT Program will be on body weight/light weight training, cardio training: rowing, bikes, jump ropes, Battle Ropes and running
